Violation Procedures
The Lake Rules and Regulations Violation Penalty Schedule is
as follows for all
registered watercraft (including guest watercraft), owner(s), "and/or"
operator(s) thereof...
1. A
First violation is subject to disciplinary action to include a written
warning notice and or loss of

Second violation (within 30 days of first violation) is subject to
disciplinary action to include loss of lake privileges (including card
deactivation) for 30 days and/or a fine per the Indigo Lake Estates Fine
Schedule.
A
Third violation (within 30 days of second violation) is subject to
disciplinary action to include loss of lake privileges (including card
deactivation) for up to 6 months and a fine per the Indigo Lake Estates Fine
Schedule.
2. Any
Property Owner giving or loaning their gate card to someone (even another
Property Owner) will have committed a rule violation. Any fraudulently obtained watercraft
registration or visitor flag/card is a rules violation; and the operator and
