ILE Trail Committee Dorothy Murray - Chair Volunteers Needed I am looking for a few volunteers to help with trail work here in Indigo. First Saturday of each month, we will do one specific job all organized in advance starting at 8 am and working no more than 4 hours. Cold drinks and lunch provided. Please help me keep our trails great! 2007 Trail Committee Calendar Upcoming events in ILE: Trail ride first Sunday of each month, leaves the basketball pavillion at 2 pm to make a loop around the north end of the neighborhood, about 4 miles. Big group, split into fast and slow parties. Tuesday afternoon short rides: Every Tuesday afternoon, from pavillion around south loop and back (about 2 miles) starting about 2:30. Slow walk for old and young horses and riders. Upcoming local events for trail competition: April 14, 2007 9 am 7IL Trails in Cat Springs Mounted Orienteering! May 6 and 7, 2007 Parrie Haynes Youth Ranch north of Georgetown Competitive Trail Ride. Two day competion involving walking and trotting your horse 15-25 miles over a well marked course using a map, performing trail class type obstacles for judges, and camping with your horse.
