INDIGO LAKE ESTATES

PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

 

SCHEDULE OF FINES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE DEDICATORY INSTRUMENTS

 

All initial fines shall become due 30 days after the expiration of the written notice or hearing.

 

Lot maintenance violations,             $25 per month

Building maintenance violations,                 $25 per month          

Temporary structure violations,                   $50 per month

Pet or other animal violations,                     $50 per violation

Offensive activity violations,             $50 per violation

 

ACC related violations,                                $100/month

Failure to complete the exterior of the residence within 1 year of approval.                 

Failure to start residence within 2 years of starting other approved structures

 

Other violations, $25/month or $50 per violation as appropriate           

 

 

The Indigo Lake Estates Property Owners Association, Inc., through its Board of Trustees, is hereby authorized to impose lesser fines, no fine at all, or impose fines for other violations of the Declaration and Rules and Regulations of the Association as determined by the Board of Trustees in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

 

This Policy Resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors on the 3rd day of June, 2002.
