| Acreage and Trails Many of our neighbors were attracted to the community to raise and ride their horses.  The Bridle Path allows our many equestrians 6 miles of trails through woods and creeks. The trails are strictly for horse and pedestrian traffic - no motorized vehicles, please. Residents are allowed one horse per acre. Approved barns and stables can be constructed for housing horses. Local farriers are available in the area.

| Indigo Lake The community surrounds a magnificent 160 acre, private lake which is the center of many activities and celebrations.  The lake is accessible to all property owners via three distinctive parks. The lake amenities include a boat launch, a beach park for access to swimmers, and a dock near the dam for fishing. Properties owners with lakefront can directly access the water. Many have built docks for this purpose. A boat trip around the lake provides views of the many beautiful properties and homes that line the shores of Indigo Lake.

| Parks Three lake parks create access to water sports and provide a variety of other facilities to our property owners.  Amenities include barbeque grills, picnic areas, a covered basketball court, a beach volleyball area, swings and playground equipment, and a fishing dock. The Beach Park and the Boat Launch Park have restroom facilities. In addition, the Boat Launch Park has a kitchen adjacent to the basketball court that can be reserved for private parties or used for community celebrations.
