Indigo Lake Estates is 2500 acre community located near Magnolia, Texas with 720 homesites ranging from 1 acre to 17 acres. There are currently over 400 existing custom homes with many new homes under construction.  Our neighbors come from many backgrounds and interests and these are reflected in the many activities available to our residents. We have a 160 acre lake for boating, fishing, and swimming. There is a horse and nature trail that surrounds the development and provides 6 miles of scenic terrain for riding and hiking. Three parks allow access to the lake and support other recreational activities such as basketball, volleyball and baseball.
